You finally have lost enough weight. You look at the mirror and the once chubby image from the other side is gone. There is a fit body, a beautiful posture and a big smile. Congrats! You’ve done it. But there is still something bugging you. There is still something that’s not right.

All those years you were letting yourself go, and they left a mark on you. Your skin became saggy thanks to the fat’s volume and now there are dreadful stretch marks all over your body. Many will tell you that these marks cannot be cured, and you will bear it like a cross to remind you of your fat days. Don’t listen to them. They are wrong and we will prove it. There are many perfectly natural ways to make the stretch marks on your skin to disappear.

Water is life, and Water is your cure

Our first suggestion is the easiest one of all. Just drink water… a lot of water. The “liquid of life”, as it is called, is the only way to keep yourself hydrated, which is essential for your skin’s elasticity. You should have started drinking a lot of water as you were losing all that weight, but don’t worry, it’s not too late.

Try to drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, and keep in mind that this is the bare minimum. You actually should drink a gallon of water every day.  Furthermore the water will help you detox which will contribute to your future weight loss, and will help you to maintain your figure.

Keep in mind that coffee, sodas, juices and even black tea dehydrates you, so when you drink them you should increase your water intake.

Use egg whites to make them fade away

Eggs should be your best friend no matter what your ultimate goal is. They are equally good in the process of losing weight, and dealing with the aftermath. Keep in mind that the yolk is a true danger. Not because it’s high in calories, but it can бе а real threat to your health. So when we are talking about eggs, we concentrate on the egg whites which are rich on protein and are extremely good for your skin.

You’ll need the whites of two eggs. Put them in a bowl and whip them with a fork. That’s your cream. Before you apply it on the affected areas clean your skin well with water. Then put a thick layer of the “cream” with a makeup brush and let the eggs dry up completely on your skin. Rinse the layer with cold water and rub some olive oil in the affected area to keep it moisturized.

Do this treatment every day for two weeks and you won’t believe your eyes. The results are phenomenal.

Give your skin some sugar

Ironic, don’t you think, since sugar was the thing that brought you all those extra pounds that made the stretch marks, you are fighting against? So now it’s time to use their weapon against them. Sugar is one of the best exfoliators you can find, so it is perfect when it comes to cleansing skin.

Take a tablespoon of raw sugar and mix it with some almond oil. Add few drops of lemon juice and your cream is ready. Apply it directly on the stretch marks and gently rub the cream on the affected area for several minutes. Take a shower afterwards. You should do this ritual for a month and you will notice that your stretch marks are gone.
